Grade: Montreal had a very productive 1st Draft and in my opinion successful draft. Although I had Mattocks as my number one pick I think Wenger versatility will make him and instant contributer and Montreal will benefit for many years of service where Mattocks might leave early. Mallace is a hard worker with upside and ability throughout his college career to score direct free kick goals. Even James is an athletic midfielder who had very strong senior year and combine and will be on the Canadian National Team sooner than later. Well Schoenfeld, Miller, and Haworth being from lesser known schools were all off most prospect lists although they all had successful Division 1 college careers and showed the ability to score goals. B+
